Thursday Night Drift 2016 – Presented by Formula Drift

The long-term fate of Irwindale Speedway may still be in limbo, but until it is finally decided, the races will continue.  So far, the racetrack’s lease has been extended until July of this year and NASCAR will have their scheduled races.  But what is going to happen with Formula Drift’s season closer?   That event is scheduled for October 7-8 and it’s anyone’s guess right now.  But I have faith that it will be at the House of Drift.

There are monthly Thursday Night Drift events already scheduled.  Spectator admission is just $10 and parking is free.  Now that’s a bargain for any die hard drift fan.  The next event is on March 31st.   This will be an event you will not want to miss.  A handful of Formula Drift pro drivers will definitely be there testing their cars before Round 1 (Long Beach) starts the following week.
