86Fest 2016 – Fontana, CA

This was the five year anniversary of 86Fest and it has gotten bigger and better year after year.  And what’s more fitting than having 86Fest on 8/6 Day (August 6)?  Antonio Alvendia, the founder of 86Fest, and his crew has done an amazing job with organizing and hosting this yearly gathering.

It was a hot day at the Autoclub Speedway, but that didn’t stop the many owners and fans of the venerable hachi-roku.  People drove in from other states and a huge crew drove in from San Diego.  Now that takes dedication to round everyone up and make one massive pilgrimage.

Props to the many vendors that showcased their current and newest parts that help these owners look cooler, ride better, or accelerate faster in their 86s.
